About Naga Bistro

Thai Lao Cambodian Resturant

Naga Bistro is a pan-asian restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. It is listed at 2201 Savoy Dr, Atlanta, GA 30341, which places it among the local businesses of Atlanta that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Atlanta, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Georgia run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 12–9 pm. It is closed on Tuesday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (770) 451-3880. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, nagabistroatl.com.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 99 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pan-asian restaurants in Atlanta.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Atlanta peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Fantastic restaurant. The crispy pork laab is one of my favorite dishes of all time. The pho was comforting even in the heat of the summer. A side of the coconut soup hit the spot. If you want friendly staff, a blend of amazing flavors, for decent prices you need to go here.

Our group of 10 had dinner at Naga Bistro (formerly Wild Ginger) - a real hidden gem. All the foods were delicious & high quality. Save room for desserts, especially the Pandan crème brûlée as well as the honey mango & coconut sweet rice. Our favorite dishes were beef salad, papaya salad, fried chicken wings, Lao sausage & fried whole red snappers. The grilled lamb chops were outstanding. But everything was tasty & wonderful. Our server was friendly & knowledgeable who made us feel like family. 2 thumbs up for Naga Bistro.

I’ve been to Naga Bistro a bunch of times now with my wife and I honestly can’t say enough good stuff about it. They actually care about every single plate that comes out β€” you can taste the intention in the food, for real. The inside vibes are super cozy and warm, but yeah the location’s not the best. Still, the chef back there is straight up cooking magic. As an immigrant, I’ve tried a lot of stuff, but some of these flavors are completely new to me and it’s blowing my mind. Y’all NEED to get the pork belly laap. It’s probably the craziest, most fire Southeast Asian dish I’ve ever had. The flavors are layered like they’re throwing a whole party in your mouth. Also, their kathiew is insane. If you like noodle dishes even a little, this one is gonna ruin all others for you. So flavorful. And don’t even get me started on the coconut mussels β€” they woke my taste buds up like I’d been in a coma. Ridiculously good. After this last visit, Naga Bistro is easily top 5 restaurants in Atlanta for me now. Keep killing it, guys πŸ™Œ

At first glance we missed the restaurant, so glad we didn’t. Came in on a Monday evening. Light crowd, the ambiance was cozy. Server greeted us at the door with a warm welcome, we sat immediately. She had great knowledge of the menu. I ordered the chicken wings for appetizer, grilled steak (ribeye) and wifey ordered lamb chops. The chicken was krispy and had light seasoning (delicious). The lamb chops was juicy and tender, wonderful balance of flavor A+. The steak was a good choice as well. They had many options for sauce which we have to go back and try the rest. Definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu. Worth a try if you’re in the area.

I woke up today and knew immediately I needed some Lao/cambodian food in my system and heard of this place nearby.. I came alone and hungry… Fried snapper 10/10 cooked to perfection.. the crunch, accompanied with the lettuce, mint, red onion, cucumber, tomato and beansprout wrapped all together dipped in that tamarind sauce.. no words. Papaya salad was also delicious. I like my papaya salad extra stanky n spicy n they delivered just that with the addition of the fermented crabs. Yummmm. I dipped my sticky rice in every sauce and ate it with literally everything. No silverware for this meal straight fingers. I also tried the Salaw Machu Kreung soup perfectly sour and the pork was tender. Can taste all the tamarind tang and lemongrass that pairs perfectly with some steamed jasmine rice to balance the sourness. (I did use a spoon for this πŸ˜‚) I was in foodie heaven! Lol I will be back to try the rest of the menu πŸ˜‰
